Scope Management Process

Collect Requirements:

You find /collect all of the stakeholder’s needs and  then write down so you know what to build and your requirements can be  tracked and measured.

Define Scope:

This is where you write down a detailed description of the work you will do and what you will produce.

Create WBS:

WBS is a deliverable oriented hierarchical decompositions of the work project is executed by the
project team, to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables so that you can keep  project going from the start.

Control Scope:

This is the process of monitoring the status of the project and product scope and managing changes
to the scope baseline. If scope changes are not controlled, it leads to the most frustrating sort of project problems

Verify Scope:

When the work is complete, you should make sure that what you are delivering matches what you wrote in the scope statement. That way, you never deliver the wrong products to the customer.
